Problem here ..
Thanx for the replys guy's, however I seem to have developed a side problem.
When I use TNGen (or media player to play mpg's) I get the following eror message ..
cpuinf32.dll cannot be loaded. One of the libraies needed to run this application cannot be found. dll mplcpx.dll cannot be loaded.
Any idea's upto recently everything was fine.
I've tried re-installing the divx codecs, media player etc. No joy.
I have a dual boot system (win98SE & 2K) so I tried running it in 2K. Now this is strange, no errors but the film clips are reversed!!
ie the fim displays upside down etc. bit baffeled by this.
Any idea's or do I have to reinstall??
Also is it good practice to install any codec's you come across?
ie would it cause any conflicts?
what basic set of codecs would you guy's recommend to do the majority of video work??Comment

The version of Tngenc I have is v2.02.31.119. This version worked perfectly uptill recently. So I presume something else must have coruppted/deleted the files needed, but what??
Whats the diference between the pro & freeware versions?
Thanx,

Any ideas why win2K plays the mpgs reversed??Comment

If you are unable to play mpeg files properly, then I do not believe there is a problem with TMPGEnc. You may want to examine your system a bit more careful. Alternatively, try one of the many codec packs. Perhaps, some problamatic hardware/software install?Comment
