    DVD copied from TV

I find that anything, copy protected or not, displayed on my TV screen can be copied to my older VCR using the TV Output set of three terminals. (Red, White, Yellow?)

Could it also be copied to a DVD burner, I wonder? Or do newer DVD burners have built in protections against this?

rca cable to a dvd burner? never seen it. i have never used an external dvd burner but doubt it has rca jacks. now a dvd RECORDER should be able to accept it, but doesn't really make sense.
