burner can not see empty disc

Hi, Nothing but problems these days.... mg:
Following problem and i can´t find the sollution:
I want to make a backup to my LiteOn dvd burner. Suddenly it does not rekognise any disc that i put in. Í have removed and installed the Nero and InCd again from the start but that does not seem to help. I feel really stupid not, i admit, bt could someone please get me out of my missery?
I made a backup without any problems this morning, but a few hours later nothing but trouble. I oy made a opdate of the servicepack 2 for windows, but that does not matter for the Nero or InCd???.

Ps the shrink does rekognise the burner but won´t burn either....

SP 2 has been known to cause problems.

Get rid of InCD! You do not need it, and could very well be why you are having problems.

Thanx, i wil remove it, and than try it again. However InCd have been on the computer all the time without any problems. But i will remove it and see if it is the problem.

Ok, InCd is not cousing the problem of not seeing any empty backup disc.
I see there is an opgrade in Nero, called reloaded, could be this is a sollution. Otherwise i will be back in a few moments,

Very weird, but after the opdate it is backingup fine again. But thanx anyway for the tip of removing the InCd programm. It wzas installing itself with the Nero, but it is working fine without it. Save som memmory herby thx.
Hopefully it takes some time undtil the next problems.....
