I am trying to convert some TV shows that i have to DVD using Sonic myDVD. i am wanting to make the flashy menu with background video and audio but sometimes it just freezes. what i do is use virtualdub to cut the intro or a small section of the video to use as this background (it looks good and has a great effect on the ones that i have working). on the ones that do not work virtualdub gives me a message about VBR audio and needs to change it. the shows are in AVI format.
I am not sure if this is a myDVD or virtualdub problem becasue if i try to do the same shows without the background video myDVD still freezes.
I have search many threads both here and other sites and have found some tricks but all of them dont work well enough for my liking.
Just wondering if someone can spell it out for me on how to fix this problem (if there is a fix) because i am very new to this whole DVD burning deal and do not know much about the terminology.
