Editing a DVD and adding Audio, how?

I recently got some old VHS tapes of home movies reproduced on to DVD, 6 in total.
I had put a soundtrack over the original footage when it was on VHS but during the process of putting it onto DVD this audio has been lost.
What is the best way to edit this DVD footage and put aduio over it?

erm... Ulead Video Studio is great, but does not do DVDs. If you capture the video in AVI or something, then use Ulead to add the music.

Demux your DVD with PgcDemux and then use the Muxman to remux your video and audio together
