Cover Art

If you don't have a scanner, and would like to have cover art to go along with your backup, where is the best source for finding printable cover art? And is it available in a format to fit slim dvd cases?

I put all my backup DVD's in slim cd jewel cases and edit/resize the covers to fit if they are not available in that size.
