cucusoft problem..

ok..i have another question for anyone who can help me..
after i tried putting a movie onto my ipod with the dvd shrink and it didn't work, i bought cucusoft dvd to ipod converter suite, hoping that it would be easier to use. so i converted the dvd and everything, but when i play back the movie, it fast forwards and skips over audio. the faq said that you have to turn off your screen saver, so i did. then when i tried it again, it still did the same thing. the movie should be about two hours, and now its an hour and forty five minutes. i've run out of ideas..so if anyone has a clue on how to fix this..let me know..thanks!

There are plenty of free ffmpeg based converters. I'd suggest you try one of them. You can tell if an app is ffmpeg based as it will have libavcodec/format in its folder. Possible that cucusoft is also ffmpeg based as I doubt that they wrote their own AVC/SP/aac encoders.
