    dvd 9 to dvd 5

What is a reliable way to take a dvd 9 movie (8.7g or not) and burn it to a dvd 5( 4.7g)? I am not new to the dvd burning process but trying to get some movies to reduce down to fit on a normal 4.7 dvd is a pain for me.I use dvdshrink so I do know how to re-author a dvd, but even it has problems sometimes. Is there a program that can do it or settings in say dvdshrink i need to know, several others I have tried do not succeed as claimed, dvdcloner 3 as an example

You could download a trial version of CloneDVD2 and see how that handles things. You would use it to shrink and burn, or just to create an ISO then burn with ImgBurn. Let me know if you decide to try this, and how it went.
