Capturing from VCR to VCD. Fitting more than 80min

I'm using a KWorld V-Stream Xpert DVD Maker PCI card, bundled along the CyberLink PowerProducer software.

I'd like to capture some races stored in my VHS tapes, back to VCD format, but those races are about 130min long. How can I set-up the PowerProducer to capture and encode a single race in a 700MB CD?

No, I didn't explain myself correctly:

Each race is 1hr44min long, but I don't want to capture each race in DVD quality and then reencode it with VCD.

I've been doing some KVCD's fitting more than 130min on them, but what I'm asking here is how to calculate the bitrate of the video if I want to make the race to fit on a 700MB CD VCD, and do that in the moment I'm capturing.

I don't know If I made myself clear?

U cannot fit 130min into a STANDARD VCD.It has to be non standard.Standard VCD must have 1150kbps video and 224 kbps audio.U cannot manipulate the bitrate in a STANDARD VCD.So ,as said earlier,KVCD is ur only chance.

OK. But I've been messing aroung settings in Intervideo WinDVR 3 and it seems that It lets you lower the audio & Video bitrates in any format you want (MPEG-1, MPEG-2, etc).

Yes,ofcourse u can change the bitrate and make a mpeg file to fit in one cd.But it will NOT be VCD i.e it will NOT play in standalone players.But it will play on ur PC.

I'm unsure of that.

OK, changing the subject. What is the easiest way to encode a KVCD and knowing which bitrate to choose if I'm making a KVCD of 1h44min? The source is a MPEG-2 DVD File with Dolby Digital Audio.

I've done that. I have a doubt concerning is how to squeeze 3hr in a KVCD using ?? bitrate?
