When I try to play a DVD or media file in either Windows Media Player or PowerDVD 6, I get an error message with the signature 0xc0000005. I have been told that this is a memory problem but I'm not sure how to resolve it.
Any suggestions would be appreciated as it is very annoying. Sometimes it only appears when I close the app.
