cant convert rmvb to mpeg

I used to use EO video to convert rmvb to one of the audio before using tmpgenc .. I re dl the EO software again.... but when i try to move the rmvb files to the rt column .. it shows a black screen and the middle column prev files disappear again... wat happen this time ?
