    Capturing still images??

I was curious on how to get a still image from a dvd. I searched the forum and found some threads on the subject. WinDvd was mentioned as an option and a version came with my pc. It was easy enough to do but evidently it is some kind of trial version as it told me I had 9 uses of the advanced options left. I am wondering is there a better way or a free program of some kind that will do the same thing? Any input would be appreciated!!

    in advance!!!

Thanks for the info everyone. I have Powerdvd, didn't realize you could do that. I'll check it and the others out.
