I recently downloade a .avi that was very 'green' in the picture. Any suggestions on how to make it 'normal' color without making it some huge file. Eventually I plan to convert it into a VCD....
Use the "Red/Green/Blue filter available for VirtualDub to color correct the .AVI. Or use one of the color correction filters available in TMPGEnc (under the "Advanced" tab) as part of your process of converting to MPEG1-VideoCd format...
