How to control video sizes/how to convert episodes??

I read the flaskmpeg conversion guide, I'm using xvid. Everything looks fine, the quality is superb. But each episode of a cartoon I rip is eiher 1300-1400mb if I convert them all as one video file, or 350mb a piece if I do them individually. I'm looking to keep them at 233. How do I do this? When I set my video codec, I type in the file size I want in the configure box, but it doesnt seem to do anything. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

from what I could tell on that, thats how to burn them back to dvd. I dont want to do that, I want to keep them in AVI format, just lower the file size to 233mb per episode.

I am not familiar with FlaskMPG, but I use AutoGK to do what you need to do. You can select various sizes from a pulldown menu, one of which is 233MB. You have to rip each episode separately, and then batch encode them.
