AVerMedia Hybrid cardbus UK recording

Hi,

I have an AverTV PCMCIA card which is great at everything except recording.

Sometimes it will recording in sync, but often I get audio all over the place. This is especially noticable when recording is programmed.

Any ideas? Is the a better PVR?

I have a Toshiba A100 1.4Ghz centrino with 512MB RAM. Not brilliant, but it works.

Is this even the right forum for this kind of question?
