best sites for movie downloads

what are some good sites for movie downloads, i use bearshare and kazza.
also what are some tips on which formats are best for downloading

Yea I have found Kazaato be the best for downloading. For movies almost all of them are avi (DivX). For whole movies that what I would download. but for other small files anything else is fine and will convert easly if you want to put it on vcd. The only format I hate is Asf. they are such a bitch to convert.
