new user in need of some help please
I am having trouble burning dvds. I follow the instuctions all goes ok then i go to backup stage, make sure settings are ok. When i click on the ok tab it comes up with I/O device error and i have no idea how to fix it. Please help i am no expert with computers and this problem is giving me the irriates.
