I recorded too much.
Hello everyone,
I am new here so big hi to everyone before i get into my problems.
I have a ati tv card. (9800 pro)
I recordered a program and never turned the record of afterwards.
My program is about 1:30 hours long.
I recorded over 3 hours.
This was origionally an ati .vcr file but i used ati media library to convert to mpeg4 ( i dont know what version of mpeg4 ) and the reduced size from 13Gig to 6Gig.
Now I am looking for a tool which i can use to only save my racing coverage and to delete the 2 hours of gaelic football which has been recorded.
Is there a program that can do this to the mpeg4 file or do i have to decompress it and recompress it after its been chopped.
Any hints and tips would be appreaciated, or even if you can tell me the correct forum to post this question would be nice.
