much less work and cheaper to get a shop to do it unless you have the equipment. i had mine done and was only charged $8/hr of footage.

My brother-in-law has quite a few 8mm tape. Instead of getting a capture card or device to capture the movie from tape to PC, he bought a DVD recorder to to burn DVD those tape. Save a lot of time

        Regards

If you only need one tape done...I can do it for free

I have an 8mm vcr that plays regular 8mm and Hi 8mm's....I would then burn it to my home DVD recorder..bypassing need of computer.

Let me know via PM,or response here.
