streamed video

hi i sreached the forum but no luck. i need some help, i want to capture streamed video (mostly media files). i know of streambox for realplayer but does anyone know other ones. just point me in the right direction and i'll figure out the rest. thanks

What is the format of the stream video you wish to capture? Regardless, software such as Camtasia or Snag-it (screen capturing software) should perform these functions.

If you have an asf file you may conside asfrecoder.
