Still being a newbie to encoding and converting files from one to another format, I have now encountered a rather annoying problem that I cannot solve. Upon searching through this forum, I have NOT managed to find a thread that addresses and possibly solves this problem:
-As you know, most movies start with an animated intro logo appearing at the beginning. At the same time there is a special logo sound playing. However, I now have a movie in .avi format with the animated intro logo appearing WITHOUT any sound. The logo appears for approx 15 seconds and then there is a short black screen followed by the movie. Upon running the movie through avi2dvd and similar programs, the movie sound starts immediately (i.e when the intro logo is appearing) = entire movie is out of sync.
How and what can I do in order to have the sound start later and correspond with the movie? NB! I have used “search†and can only find solutions to “sync problems†that are a few ms and not a mere 15 sec. Wbr, <O
