    Is there a program to fix uncomplete MOV movie files?

    Divfix works for avi files. But how about mov files? Is there another program to fix mov files?

      I'd suggest that you'll have more success tracking down such a program by posting to a Mac forum...

              There are no specific PC tools for this, that I'm aware of. You could try loading the file into Quicktime Pro and resaving it...
