Is there a program to (reliably) analyze VOB files (not IFOs)?

A utility to right-click on VOBs that gives you the actual playing time and framecount of a VOB-file would be nice.
Ripped VOBS from multiangle movies are incomplete sometimes. Smart Ripper f.i. can definitely not rip 'The Abyss' correctly. There's another problem with those kind of movies, 'DVD' players like MicroDVD and Zoom Player sometimes can't play the files accordingly with the IFO-files, nor can they play just the VOB correctly; and MicroDVD doesn't always tell the true length of such a file. Flask v6 doesn't display any total length info either, nor any DVD converter I know. IfoEdit just reads the IFO, I guess(?)

By now, the only method to be 100% sure is to rip out the audio with GraphEdit (only takes a few minutes, but - ..) and open the file in Winamp etc.

VirtualDub will not accept a .VOB file being directly loaded into it - ONLY .AVI and MPEG1 formats...
