I'm very new to all this, so this might be a really silly question, but here goes. I'm trying to download the meg2dec.dll file and I keep getting an error message. Reading the message, it must be because of my download manager. My problem is that I can't find a way to close it. I searched and found in a read me file that I have GetRight and there's a usmt folder in my system32 folder in windows. But that's it. There's probably a very simple answer, but it's eluding me. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
