3:10 to yuma (sound noise)

Hello all I have downloaded 3.10 To Yuma R5.LINE XViD PUKKA avi file ,

The sound is horrible (Static-like sound) and i would like to know how to fix it and what program do i need, i tried VLC preset equalizer and it had some effect but i need good results !
