Recommended H.264 Converters?

hi, are there any converters that you guys would prefer? i'm looking for something that can convert dvd's that are ripped to vob's using dvddecrypter. i'm familiar with fairuse wizard, but unfortunately it only converts iso's. any help is greatly appreciated, thanks.

You can't go wrong with MeGui....

I use that method and burn to cd to view on my XBox 360...works great.
