Nero stops encoding after 2 mins

Hi all
Had no problems until last couple of days (updated divx so could it be that)?
When converting svi to dvd and burning the encoding starts in Nero 7 but stops and gets stuck after 2 minutes .
I don't get a message or anyhting .
Thought it may be the avi but have now rtried 4 and stops at same place on each one
Any ideas?

if you typo svi is avi then you need to try DVD flick, link are in this forum or google.
