newbie help...

i am new to dvd shrink and looking for some help - when i download my data from the dvd to my system, it downloads as .bup, .iso, .vob files i am trying to get it to download as an iso file but i dont see any options to allow me to switch it over to an iso file - i looked through the tutorials and didn't see anything that mentioned how to fix this - can anyone help out?
