having trouble..PLEASE HELP

I'm not a newbie to this program, I've had it for 2 years now.. this is the first time I've had any problems with it!!!.
I just burned a movie like 2 hours ago with no probelms or error's... and then went to go burn another one..and it says " it seems it crashed the last time you used the program, please go to this site and post your error requiring debugging " so that is what I'm doing!!.. I really hope someone here can help me ASAP!!.
