Ulead V/s Benq LCD

Pls help me!
I bought a new Benq Widescreen... and ulead 10 is not working in it! says some resolution probs!

What resolution is your monitor?

Did it work on your previous monitor? I've never known Ulead to not work on MONITORS, only COMPUTERS. It needs Windows XP service pack 2 or higher, so make sure you have those...

And maybe try version 7, 8, or 9? (I bought 9 and won't upgrade since the new ones are worse IMHO) I have trials of all 3 if you want one.

I think if you have a widescreen monitor you can't have exactly 800x600
My dad's monitor was like 1200 by something when he installed the drivers... I think most don't even support small resolutions.

my bad very true... but by default my lcd do sets at 1024*768 but that wont be a problem for video studio, unless he doesnt have drivers installed...thus the reolution would be much less
