How to download from a 3" CD

My Samsung video camera stores images on an SD Card or a 3" disc. Getting images from the card is simple, but from the disc presents problems, mainly, none of my computers recognizes a 3" disc. Do I have to take it to Kinkos or to someone's computer that will recognize the disc; or, is there another way? Thanks for comments.
