I have an *.iso file about 3 1/2 hours long, of which I want the final chapter (16th of 16) Its about 8 minutes long . this is a series of old 1895-1930's silent b/w shorts. What do I do?? Bell

Extract the files from the ISO as a DVD project.
Then use your favourite transcoder in re-author mode to get chapter 16 (using the start/end feature of your transcoding program).
