Im having problems getting my dvd shrink to work. when i click open disc, it starts to work then stops once it gets to 2%. after a few minutes an error message pops up. it says dvd shrink has encountered an error and can not continue. Failed to read file "E:\" Data error (cyclic redundancy check). ive tried to uninstall and reinstall several times and it doesnt help. the only thing i have done to my computer before i had problems was download a free version of avast anti-virus. please help
