DVD Ripping HELP!!!!! : " ? Can't decrypt block - unlock NOW and try again "

Hi !

I ve made 120 divx movies so far. No problem with ripping into the HDD...NO problem with flasking it ... so far so good!

This morning i tried to rip a region free movie but on the second half of the 2nd VOB (VTS_1_2.VOB that is) I get this message:

" can't read block .... unlock NOW and try again"

no matter how many minutes I ve let it do the rip or try again and again nothing happens.

Does anyone know why this happened and how could I fix it so as to rip the entire VOB into my HDD?

What program are you using to Rip it ? Try using antoher program such as Clad DVD or Trons Smart Ripper.

Try cleaning the DVD with a soft, lintless cloth.

Dvd rip

I tried once again today. I downloaded the brand new rippers : DVD Decrypt and Smart Ripper 2.40 .. it tried to rip the blocks which had errors but no success however! I lifted the DVD and I saw some scratches on it ... I think this might be the problem! ALAS! Anyway thanks a lot for your help mate!
