Convert NeroDigital File(s) Back To DVD Movie?

The MPEG-4 Data Files are handy for use on PC, but I want to be able to recode them back into DVD Video DVD-R, from hard drive to possibly compressed to fit on one 4.7 GB disk. Seems like it should be possible, except I'm not successful in managing it at least with Nero Suite. Anyone have insight? Thanks

I am not 100% sure but try running it through recode 2 not nero digital and it may put them back to mpeg 2 or just recopy the Original Movie to your HD and then use recode 2
