Nero Recode Crash

Hi all, I ripped a DVD using DVD Shrink and I am trying to recode it into MP4 format, aka Nero Digital. But, it crashes at various points with the following error:

AppName: recode.exe AppVer: 2.2.7.5 ModName: aacenc32.dll
ModVer: 4.2.1.0 Offset: 00003980


Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

What's the DVD? Is it a problematic one with ARccOS?

It's actually a "street vendor" copy of Phonebooth. Just a copy that I wanted to test with. DVD Shrink rips it correctly with no problems or errors.

Where can I find my Nero Recode log? Maybe looking through it will shed some light on the situation.

Not sure it has one. But sounds like it is very badly authored. Did you rip it hard drive? In any event, get it to the hard drive and mock strip the titleset (probably the one with the main movie) - see my sig for how to mock strip. That might fix it. Sounds like more trouble than it's worth if you already done it in DVD Shrink.
