Can not burn without dvd shrink 3.2

any body know why i can not burn the video file from hard drive to dvd with NERO ( can not click on burn button).but it is working good on the DVD Shrink 3.2.

yes .you are right.but i can not CHECK on the JOLIET box and the ALLOW MORE THAN 64 CH..... box ,is it ok??
