I have started using Nero Recode, after every DVD Shrink'ed had errors, and i have noticed that the output (once burned) and only @ 16:9 has little black artifact lines, both at the top and the bottom, which are noticeable. Tested on differnet mediums, being -R, +R, -RW and +RW. Verbadim, and TDK.
Full Quality Original Example (frame capture):

You can see that once letterboxed, it becomes very noticable, and almost looks like the image is scewed or crookward! Any ideas? Only happens that i have seen YET, at 16:9.
Now, it seems clear after more testes :EDIT: that the artifact is in the encoding phase... I thought it may be caused due to a interlaced source, however other 16:9 back up's are Progressive.
So, what causes such a error in Recoding? Any IDEAS, please!
