problem fixed.

i made burner as a master.uninstalled nero.then used nero clean tool. changed cable from 40 pin to 80 pin.now burning at slow speeds. and it is burning fine.

Solution to session fixation error

I have some Signalex DVD+R 16x disks from Poundland, in the UK. The nero CD-DVD Speed tool identified them as Verbatim.

To solve the errors, all I had to do was to use Nero Burning Rom, and change the write speed from 16x to 4x and the burning process worked from there,

I realised this as the solution, also thanks to the Nero tools, because it reported the write strategy as 4x
