Please Help, im lost.

I go to burn a dvd, used to work fine everytime, then started to fail right at the end and in the middle of the process now, once done recoding and such right when its about to burn it just give me my error report, yah im new and have tried ready the stickies i guess im just really lost, can someone help me maybe get me on AIM to talk person to person. AIM pntwitdye

Happens with all movies and im using verbatim disks. I think i need an update for nero not sure, where could i get this? I also dont have my serial # so i cant use the clean up .

Without the serial key you wont be able to update, reinstall or revert back to an older version of nero. You may need to explore using a different burning software. Maybe ImgBurn or DvdDcrypter.
