How to recode whole dvd to a single file?

I used nero recode to recode my dvd to nero digital file. I imported several titles from the dvd and click "burn", but all I got was serval separate mp4 files. How I can get one single file by nero recode?

I believe you should be able to do that through Nero Vision Express. I have merged titles from different sources into one by using it.
