Nero says it's NTSC, AnyDVD says it's PAL.

I took a PAL DVD and used VOBBlanker to encode it as NTSC, then burned it. The files VOBBlanker made, I imported into Nero Recode and Nero Vision. Both said the resolution was 740 x 480 and NTSC format.

However, AnyDVD is giving me the information of the DVD once burned, and it says it's PAL... Nero even says the burned DVD is NTSC.

NTSC (pulldown) is 23.976 fps and standard is 29.976 fps
    PAL is 25.0 fps

Maybe you can really tell what it is by looking at the fps.

Nero says it's 29.976 but AnyDVD says it's PAL, so AnyDVD must think it's 25fps.
