recode 2 from nero v.7.0.1.2 trouble

i have nero v. 7.0.1.2 with recode 2 , lately when i try to cut and remove(start/end frame) it will show the 2nd preview window(end frame) but not the start frame preview window .haven't changed any settings <don't think so anyway. any help at all would be appreciated very much..

Nero update 7.0.1.2 was full of bugs and did cause the problem with Record 2's preview for Start/End Frames. Please update Nero to version 7.5.1.1
