I get this error message when I am trying to convert a video on my computer in the .wmv format to .mp4 using Nero Recode. I can play these videos in WMP. I have downloaded and installed K-lite codec's but it didn't fix the problem. Please help!!!!

start by re-installing (or updating to at least) windows media player 10

Just remember that Nero digital can only play on Nero compatible DVD Players

Never mind I got it to work. I had downgraded to WMP10 and it didn't work so I upgraded back to WMP11 and now it works great. Thanks anonymez!
