Nero error reading data - Need help please

Hi all

I am trying to Copy a dvd, using Nero express at the end of copying process i am getting an error message saying error reading data. i did not had this problem before i connect my pc to internet.
secondly im burning my favorite Tv episodes using Nero vision now it wants to activate third party patent i am clueless can someone help me please

Use ImgBurn for burning.

Try to use another disc. If you are using Windows 7 update Nero or download latest verson , for example here freedownloadsplace.com/Products/16148/Nero (sorry i cant post links)

Nero requires DirectX to work properly,also search and install at least DirectX 10
