Create menu's for DIVX?

Is there any software available, or is it possible, to create menus for DIVX files, that can be accessed as a main page?
Eg, Much the same as DVD movies, so that you can select which file from the disc you wish to view.
I am looking for something that can just be burnt onto the disc, so that no other software needs to be installed.

You can't put menus, and stuff like that into avi files.
But MicroDVD player has support for some external menu files.
