Neodivx Problem

I've been using Neodivx encoder for quite sometime and it worked perfectly, but all of a sudden I cannot encode anymore.The problem is that after I load the ifo file and the lst file and set the usual settings which I done may times at the end when I press make avi it looks like its not finding anything to encode and go back to the main screen.Can anyone help me please? By the way I uninstalled the program and re installed it but it's still doing the same thing.
