Hello all,
Glad to find a forum on digital topics. Right now I am trying to covert Zoolander (widescreen @ 16:9) using the DivX Low Motion codec. I have not had issues with calculating size, croping, sound, or anything like that. I have one question though, it the movie there is a scene where there is alot flash photography going on at night. When the flash goes off, most of that frame will show lines across it horizontaly. I have tried both Low Motion and High Motion for codecs, as well as MPEG4 codecs and cannot seem to get rid of it. I have also tried Bilinear and Bicubic filtering with no luck Right now, quality is my goal. I have the bitrate set to the max that I can for the movie to fit on two full cd's (1800.) Has anyone ran into this problem or know what I can do to cure this? Thanks for the help and glad to join the group.
