audio codecs in flaskmpeg

I'm using FlaskMPEG v0.6, and I'm not able to select anything but PCM in the Audio Compression dropdown menu. In the DVD to DivX conversion guide on this site it shows "MPEG layer 3" in the menu, do I need another codec for this? What and where can I get this from? I am using DivX Pro 5.0.2 if that helps any.

In that case, I suggest you process the audio separately:
1. Extract the audio to .wav using Graphedit/Vob2audio
2. If you wish, you can amplify the volume of the .wav using an audio editor, such as Cooledit
3. Convert the .wav to .mp3 using an MP3 encoder, such as LAME
4. Mux the MP3 with the video you have created in Flask using Nandub
