AVI w/ no sound...please help

A few problems with DVD2AVI

Why is the limit on being able to open already saved files with DVD2AVI using gordian knot 4GB? What do we do if our movie, Swordfish, is 4.57GB uncompressed. I found an alternative which is to set all the correct parameters on DVD2AVI and save the file as a .avi right from DVD2AVI, but there is no sound...

Could somebody please tell me where the sound file would be and how to mux(join) it to my .avi or how to correct this problem to aviod it in the future...thanks

That's a limitation of the FAT32 (Win 95, Win 98) hard drive system. NTFS (Win NT, Win 2000, Win XP) is not so constrained...
